Spacious 11’ x 13’ private office with your custom logo decal on the door. Enjoy 24/7 access to shared indoor and outdoor areas, use of the conference room, and one free private event rental per year. High-speed internet and all utilities are included, and we're pet-friendly!
Special Grand Opening Offer: Sign a 12-month lease during July and receive $200 off your first month plus a waived setup fee.
Setup Fee Includes: Custom logo decal installation, initial deep clean, admin/on-boarding, key code setup, and personalized welcome packet.
The conference room is available to the public for $50/hour, with a discounted rate of $40/hour for guests of members. For our members, conference room use is included with rent and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with booking up to 30 days in advance and free cancellation within 24 hours. Wi-Fi, parking, and contact details are provided upon booking. Printing, copying, snacks, and beverages are available for a small fee. Pet-friendly!
Enjoy flexible desks in shared spaces with your own lockable file cabinet, access to all indoor and outdoor common areas, use of the conference room, high-speed internet, and utilities included. Pet-friendly, too!
